Cancellations
Please give a courtesy notice of at least 24 hours to avoid charges. Late cancellations and “No call, no shows” will be subject to a payment of 50% of the scheduled service fees, which will be charged automatically or due upon the arrival of your next appointment.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Respect our Artists and they will respect you. 


Tardiness
We would like to ensure that everyone’s service begins at its appointed time.  To guarantee minimal waiting time, we need your help by arriving promptly to your appointment.  In the event you’re more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.  ***SPA clients are recommended to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill our new client paperwork to ensure that your Spa time is not cut short. 

Lost or Forgotten Items
We can not be responsible items left behind during your appointment.  Although, we would love to store all items left behind, unfortunately there is not enough space.  If items happen to be left at the salon for longer then two weeks they will be discarded or donated.

Fees
Prices that are quoted are starting prices. We would be happy to discuss all service charges prior to the service upon request. All fees for services performed are expected upon completion of service. Keep in mind that all of our Stylist are Independent Professionals and their services are Independently priced and prices vary. 

Products

We gladly carry Davines Products. We accept all major credit cards and cash. Absolutely no checks will be accepted for products.

Minors

Minors under 18 need to have parental consent to receive massage, spa or hair services. 

Refunds 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Service, please contact your Stylist directly as they are all Independent Professionals and not employees of the Salon.
